Kristen Juras, candidate for Montana Supreme Court in 2016
Kristen Gustafson Juras, a fourth generation Montanan with strong agricultural roots, is running a nonpartisan campaign for the Montana Supreme Court in 2016. Kristen has practiced law for more than 30 years, representing individuals, small business owners, and agricultural producers, and has taught at the UM Law School for 15 years. Her expertise in property law, business law, and agricultural law would bring a perspective currently not represented on the court. Her philosophy is one of judicial restraint: the court is a court, not a legislature.
