Due to policies of the use of the Rotunda for our luncheon, as well as space allotted, we likely will NOT have a registration table so PLEASE have your luncheon check written & in hand BEFORE you arrive tomorrow. This is VERY important, and we also cannot allow for unexpected attendees. Becky Buckmaster will be substituting for Dannette Warren so look for Becky. She will check-in your RSVP & accept your luncheon check for $13. The tables will be set for those who have responded with a confirmed “yes” for this special day at the Capitol building.
REMINDER! – Lunch will be served buffet style, & once you have checked in & have found your seat, please go to the buffet table to serve yourself. THE GAVEL WILL DROP AT HIGH NOON TO BEGIN THE OFFICIAL MEETING.
